Just by hosting your company website with us, using any of our standard plans, you will be entitled to receive a 'Web Designer Coupon', with unlimited uses. This coupon will grant you 2 months free on any new plan registered with us.

The coupon is intended to allow you to register your customer website right from the beginning, so you can develop and, at the same time, you can show the customer how the website looks & works at it's definitive location. You will improve your customer satisfaction and avoid issues on site delivery.

How does it work?

When you have a new customer, just sign up using our standard order form. Select the plan most suited to your website needs. When asked, insert your coupon code and it will give you the first 2 months free (Note: this does not include domain name registration). Plenty of time to build the website!. You can use your customer details directly, so at the 3rd month we will send the invoice for our hosting services directly to his email!

Will my customer have cPanel, email and all the features of the plan?

Yes, as with any standard plan and your customer will benefit of cPanel, Fantastico, backups, traffic statistics etc. If you need a custom feature not present in our custom plan, we will gladly add it for you. just email our support or sales representative.

Which are the specs from the server?

By default, all accounts are created in a server with Cpanel current release+php 4.3.2, mysql 4.1. Server is compiled with Zend, curl, imagemagick, gd library. However, we can reallocate the account on another server with different specifications. We have servers with php 5+mysql5 available, as well as DirectAdmin control panel. If you need an special feature, please ask to technical support just after signup indicating the account. It will be installed or your account reallocated within the same day. Reallocations take less than 10 minutes and imply no downtime to your website.

Do you have test servers?

We have one test server that will be usable upon request. Please note that accounts in the test server are manually created and the server is not always available as we use it for internal testing as well. If you need to test scripts in an special environment, please ask within one week of antellation to be sure we can plan and allocate your request. Test account is provided free of charge. If you need a full server, please ask for a cuote.

Do you provide Tech support for web development?

Yes, we have support for web development . You can ask us from php, perl programming to Dreamweaver, HTML and XML design. However, our support does not cover programming. If you require help due work overload, please ask us for our quotes writting to sales@comforthost.net .
